According to the 13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, America still holds the so-called African American in bondage.

The Lord (Yahawah) our God (Elohim) is speaking to America by His prophets just as Moses and Aaron spoke to Pharaoh.
So, Is God Judging America Today?
Not only has America turned its back on God (Elohim), America is in double jeopardy because she is mistreating Yahawah’s people, Israel (the so-called negro), by refusing to release them from slavery.
Does an Exception Clause in the 13th Amendment Still Permit Slavery?
The amendment, which officially abolished slavery in the United States in 1865, includes a loophole regarding involuntary servitude.

Black codes were restrictive laws designed to limit the freedom of African Americans and ensure their availability as a cheap labor force after slavery was abolished during the Civil War. Though the Union victory had given some 4 million enslaved people their freedom, the question of freed Black people’s status in the postwar South was still very much unresolved. Under black codes, many states required Black people to sign yearly labor contracts; if they refused, they risked being arrested, fined and forced into unpaid labor. Outrage over black codes helped undermine support for President Andrew Johnson and the Republican Party.
